Why did Lark fail to be installed on Mac?
Please check if you dragged Lark into Applications during installation. Installation is only completed once you've dragged Lark into Applications.
How can I customize Lark's installation as a Windows user?
Once you've downloaded Lark from the website, you can select or de-select Launch on startup. You can also select the folder you'd like to install Lark in by clicking Custom Options.
